Vision Statement
Sages-Femmes Rouge Valley Midwives (SRVM) are midwifery care providers supporting women's birth choices and offering the best in women's health care. We are a bilingual (French/English) practice committed to serving traditionally underserved communities. Following the College of Midwives of Ontario guidelines, SRVM provides the full scope of midwifery services to a diverse community of clients and in a manner that supports choice of birthplace, continuity of care and women as primary decision makers in their care. The SRVM Community Advisory Board has been established to advise and assist the midwifery practice in remaining responsive to its clients and the community in promoting the normalcy of birth and in providing care that is respectful to all women and their families.
